Axolotes Mexicanos
Description:
A Spanish pop-punk / alternative pop band with sweet and sour melodies and sparkling guitars! As you can see from the cover and the sound, the influence of Japanese culture such as electronic J-POP like Yasutaka Nakata’s CAPSULE and TOFUBEATS, 90’s Shibuya-kei, game music, and anime songs can be felt everywhere, and the Spanish indie pop band AXOLOTES MEXICANOS has become a hot topic here in Japan. The new album includes “DISPARO DE AMOR,” a RAMONES-style pop-punk filtered through HELEN LOVE, “INTERESTELAR,” reminiscent of LINDA GUILALA, and more. The pop-punk/alterna-pop songs that strongly reflect the colors of the ELEFANT label are also a hit with YAWNERS lovers! The sweet and sour and sparkling melodies and guitars are timelessly appealing!
