Description:
This is the first time Danzig, who until then had numbered his album titles, has removed the numbers from his work, and it is also the first time Blong guitarist Tommy Victor (who has also been a touring member since 1996) has participated on the album, a work that will go down in the band’s history. Starting with the instrumental “Wotans Procession,” “SkinCarver” suggests a serial killer fascinated by human fur, “Skull Forrest,” based on Glen Danzig’s dream world where he was walking down a corridor covered in corpses, is the most melodic song on the album. and the most melodic song on the album, “1000 Devils Reign”.
