Description:
Only 26 years old! Young blues & soul geek Eddie 9 Volt has done it beautifully! Recorded in his hometown of Macon, Georgia at Capricorn Studios, his third album is the ultimate Southern Soul & Rock album that never lives up to its name. The soulful vocals and austere guitars are heard on the original songs, which have the highs and stacks of Al Green, Syl Johnson, and the Staple Singers, as well as the swampy sounds of the Allmans and Little Feat. This is definitely a masterpiece! (C)RS
