Keith & Tex
Description:
KEITH & TEX, Jamaican rock steady icons who first met in their teens, reunited in the 1990s after nearly 30 years of separation due to various twists of fate, including KEITH’s emigration to the U.S. and TEX’s emigration to Canada. Since then, they have toured all over the world and have continued to work energetically. On this album, producer ROBERTO SANCHEZ and his band have successfully recreated the authentic sound of the Jamaican music studios of the 1960s and ’70s, a sound that is still as refreshing today as it ever was. A perfect fusion of the sweet, fresh voice and warm, oldies style tracks, this is a highly recommended album that will transport you back to Jamaica in the 1960s and 70s.
