Description:
Overwhelming acoustics! A recording of the Sauer organ in Bremen CathedralWhen the organ in Bremen Cathedral was completed in 1928, it was highly acclaimed by audiences and critics who heard its sound. It was built by the famous German organ builder Wilhelm Sauer. The organ escaped the war and was restored and renewed a few years ago. This disc was recorded by four organists, and their individuality shines through in the organ’s overwhelming acoustics and presence. King International
